31 Day Nail Polish Challenge: Day 4

Day 4 calls for Green - I own quite a few greens, having only started to warm to them lately. For years, I avoided green like the plague, until I realised that it is one of only a few colours that does suit me well. For this challenge, I've chosen my most favourite green polish - and maybe one of my top 5 of all time - China Glaze, Outta Bounds.

This was a part of the 2007 Ski Collection by China Glaze, but it's still widely available on eBay and Amazon. I paid an extortionate amount of money for my mini bottle, I'd be ashamed to tell you how much it was, but it was worth it. It wasn't worth the self-kicking when I saw it at quarter the price everywhere else, but you know, needs must and all that. Here's the pics:

Outside, with flash - taken yesterday evening when daylight was waning :(
Here's the flash/natural light comparison from a NOTD I did a few months back for another site.

Isn't it gorgeous? I don't even know how to describe it - it's not duochrome or shimmer, it's just a lovely almost-foil polish with a high gloss finish. China Glaze is probably one of my favourite brands of polish - if they'd get the same brushes as Barry M or Rimmel 60 Seconds, I'd love them forever.

See you tomorrow for blue!
Have a happy Friday :)

  1. Thinking about I'm not sure I own even one single solitary green! Shocking! I must put that right.
